The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of a number of in-house applications and will have to resolve any incidents that occur on these applications.

This includes gaining knowledge of specific applications and supporting the IS development team and empowering them with tasks.

The successful Support Developer will also be responsible for deploying application changes as well as developing and installing applications to aid the operational support team.

This varied and exciting role has clear requirements:

- System Administration experience

- MS SQL

- Linux Operating System Experience

- Java

- Appreciation of J2EE Technology (JDBC, JSP, WebServices)

- Knowledge of Ant (Ideally)

- Knowledge of SSL, Apache and Tomcat (Ideally, more senior post)
